Job Introduction:

This role is for a Business Development Specialist at Beta.B Group. The candidate will assist the Chief Business Officer (CBO) in expanding Beta.B Group’s business, establishing partnerships, and acquiring clients. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the business development, ecosystem expansion, and partnership development for other projects within the Beta.B Group Accelerator. This position requires a clear logical thinker with high energy, excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Candidates with expertise in business game theory, negotiation techniques, and business psychology will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify Partners:

• Proactively seek potential strategic partners through various channels and networks, negotiate collaborations, and establish long-term partnerships.

• Coordinate with partners to announce collaborations and work with social media administrators to execute related tasks.

2. Handle Business Emails:

• Manage the receipt, screening, and response of business emails, ensuring valuable cooperation opportunities are promptly addressed and followed up.

3. Client Acquisition:

• Actively seek potential clients, introduce our company’s business and services, and secure cooperation agreements.

• Earn performance-based commissions based on achievements.

4. Marketing Resource Development：

• Identify and evaluate influencer resources on major social media platforms, negotiate, and establish long-term strategic partnerships with them.

5. Industry Event Participation:

• Actively participate in Web3 community activities in your region, represent the company at various offline events and conferences, and expand your network and resources.

6. Ecosystem Partnership Development:

• Seek and negotiate with ecosystem partners for projects within the Beta.B Group Accelerator, propose collaboration conditions, assist in establishing partnerships, and drive the expansion and enhancement of the project ecosystem.

7. Project Promotion and Presentation:

• Represent projects at online and offline events, deliver presentations such as AMAs and roadshows, and enhance project visibility and influence.

8. Business Travel:

• Conduct necessary business trips as required to ensure smooth progress in project cooperation and business development.

Job Requirements:

• Educational background is not a strict requirement, but candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry. Degrees in Marketing, Game Theory, Business Psychology, Business Management, or related fields are preferred.

• Over 2 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related areas, preferably with experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently handle complex business negotiations.

• Strong market insight and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify business opportunities.

• Good team spirit and cross-department collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible thinking, capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.

• Timely response and task completion to ensure smooth business operations.

• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
